Start out with a square piece of paper and fold all the corners into the center. Then unfold two triangles (both on opposite sides). And fold the other two side corners into the middle of the triangles> Then push the ends of the unfolded triangles into the center next to all of the other points and tape all ends of the triangles together. Or fold triangles underneath of each other.
